Aruna Balupalli is the president and chief executive officer of Infer Solutions, Inc. Ms. Aruna serves as the chairman of Infer’s Board of Managers. Ms. Aruna is one of the founders of Infer Solutions, Inc. in 2002, with a vision of making a world class IT enterprise by focusing on delivering value to the customers. She has transformed the vision into building a dynamic enterprise with strong and consistent growth over a period of 18 plus years.
Ms. Aruna holds her master’s degree in Computer Science from FTU University, California.
Ms. Aruna is fully committed to the philosophy and future development of the company and has been able to attract a number of talented individuals to join her on board. She is a true visionary with an unyielding focus on building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional quality. She possesses appropriate leadership quality for the continuing success and growth of the company.

A founding member of Infer, Thiru Bujala is also vice president and chief operating officer. Mr. Thiru serves as the vice chairman of Infer’s Board of Managers and brings to the firm more than 20 years of success in the consulting and technology fields. He has been a top contributor and advisor to diverse government and commercial clients, and he has held a variety of leadership roles in areas related to transformational change, growing new business and solutions, and ensuring extraordinary customer experiences.
Thiru has proven experience in business development, strategic and operational planning, and overall systems architecture and application development in several technologies.He brings in 20 plus years of ERP Systems Architect expertise in SAP, Oracle, Business Intelligence & Business Analytics.
He is also well versed in creating and managing trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners. An enthusiastic technologist, innovator, and change agent, Thiru has developed forward-leaning business models, such as InferAnalogy, IBIM(Infer Business Intelligence Model) to name a few, including those which leverage ERP technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and data science.
Thiru is PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Bengaluru University in India and MBA in Systems & Finance Management from SK University, India.
